Part L, Part P and gas — coordinated, not subcontracted on the day
Tembok runs all electrical, plumbing and heating works through a small group of long-standing, fully-certified Kent trades — NICEIC and Gas Safe registered. They're on site to a written first-fix / second-fix programme set at quote stage, not booked in the day before they're needed.
That matters because the cost overruns most homeowners hit on Kent building work come from services going in the wrong order: plaster before first-fix wiring, tiling before pressure testing, kitchen install before the gas certificate. We sequence those properly.
- Full kitchen rewire and consumer-unit upgrade — Part P certified
