TEMBOK was founded in the Kent Weald with a straightforward ambition — deliver building projects that homeowners could trust from first conversation to final handover. No subcontractor roulette. No vague timelines. No surprise invoices.
Over 15 years, that ambition has grown into a full design and build operation covering extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, new builds and complete renovations across Kent and East Sussex.
Based in Biddenden, we serve homeowners throughout the Weald — from Cranbrook and Tenterden to Tunbridge Wells, Ashford and Maidstone. We know the properties, the planning authorities, the soil conditions and the local suppliers. This is our home patch.

Direct Labour Only
We do not subcontract core trades. Our carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tilers work for TEMBOK. This means consistent quality, reliable scheduling and single-point accountability.
5-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Every project is backed by our written five-year guarantee. If something is not right, we return and make it right — at our cost, without argument.
Clean, Organised Sites
We maintain tidy working environments throughout construction. Dust sheets down, materials stored properly, waste removed regularly. Your home is treated with respect from day one.
