Kitchen Island in Timber-Framed Cottage — Kent
A bespoke painted kitchen island with solid oak butcher-block worktop, designed to complement the original timber frame and exposed beams of this period Kent cottage. Traditional joinery techniques throughout.
Bathroom Refurbishment
Loft En-Suite Bathroom — Kent
A fully tiled loft en-suite bathroom with herringbone wall tiling, vessel basin on a walnut vanity unit, brass fixtures and Velux roof windows. Designed to maximise space and light under the roofline.
Roofing
Natural Slate Roof — Kent
Complete natural slate re-roof with new clay ridge tiles, lead flashing and replacement guttering. Traditional roofing techniques used to match the character of the existing property while delivering modern weatherproofing standards.
Under-Stairs Storage
Bespoke Under-Stairs Storage — Kent
Custom oak under-stairs storage cupboards with push-to-open doors, designed to blend seamlessly with the oak and glass balustrade staircase. Maximised dead space transformed into practical, elegant storage.
New Build & Roofing
New Slate Roof on Extension — Kent
Natural slate roofing on a new timber-framed extension, with Velux roof windows and traditional eaves detailing. The roof structure was designed and built by TEMBOK from cut timber, with full insulation and breathable membrane.
Renovation
Venetian Plaster Feature Wall — Kent
Polished Venetian plaster feature wall with gold leaf skirting detail, applied as part of a full living room renovation. The layered technique creates depth and texture, giving the room a luxurious, bespoke finish.
New Build
New Build Foundations — Kent
Pad foundations and groundworks for a new residential build in Kent. The project included site clearance, excavation, concrete pad foundations and preparation for steel frame construction — all managed by the TEMBOK team.
