Roofing Works
Old coverings stripped where necessary. Timber repairs carried out. New underlay, battens, tiles/slates or flat roof covering installed. All flashings, ridges and details completed.

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering: Replacement of timber fascia boards, soffits and bargeboards with maintenance-free uPVC or modern composite alternatives. Gutter replacement in half-round, ogee or deep-flow profiles with proper fall and bracket spacing.
Roof Ventilation: Proper roof ventilation prevents condensation that rots timbers and degrades insulation. We install tile vents, ridge vents, soffit ventilation and mechanical extraction where required to meet building regulations.
Chimney Repairs: Repointing chimney stacks, replacing chimney pots, installing lead flashings and back gutters, fitting cowls and caps, and rebuilding deteriorated chimney stacks where necessary.
