We specify replacement materials — colour, profile, grade — and provide a fixed-price quote covering all materials, access equipment, removal and installation.
Access & Preparation
Scaffolding or tower scaffolds erected. Existing materials carefully removed. Underlying timbers inspected and replaced if any rot or damage is found.
Installation
New fascias, soffits and guttering fitted with correct falls, secure fixings and sealed joints. Cladding installed with proper ventilation gaps, expansion allowances and weathertight details.
Inspection & Handover
We test gutter flow with water, check all fixings and joints, and ensure all waste is removed. You receive your guarantee documentation.

Exterior Services in Detail
Fascia Board Replacement: We remove existing timber fascias and fit maintenance-free uPVC or composite replacements in standard or deep profiles. All boards are level, properly joined and fitted with concealed fixings.
Soffit Replacement: Flat or vented soffit boards installed beneath the eaves. Vented soffits provide essential roof ventilation to prevent condensation and timber decay in the roof space.
Guttering Systems: Half-round, deep-flow, square-line and ogee gutter profiles in uPVC, aluminium or cast iron. Installed with correct falls (minimum 1:350) and appropriate downpipe sizing for your roof area.
Bargeboard & Cladding: Replacement bargeboards at gable ends. Timber, composite and fibre cement cladding for gable features, dormer cheeks and full-elevation cladding projects.
Timber Repair: Where we find rotten rafters, wall plates or other structural timbers behind the fascia, we replace them with treated timber before fitting new exterior materials.
